UPDATE - March 12, 2020

Please note that the remaining G.A.F.A.C. meetings scheduled for March 17, March 31, and April 14 have been cancelled.

Based on the latest health advisories regarding the status of the COVID-19 and to ensure the safety and well-being of our students and community, G.A.F.A.C. will not be reviewing any further spring 2020 applications. Currently all university-related international travel is prohibited, and domestic travel must receive prior approval by a supervising dean or vice president.

For students that had submitted funding applications for travel during the spring semester and have already been awarded funding, G.A.F.A.C. will still provide funding up to the amount approved to cover any approved expenses for travel already completed or any cancellation expenses that may be incurred for future travel as long as student can provide supporting documentation.

For students that have funded activities taking place over the upcoming summer, please continue to submit your applications as normal based on our application guidelines.
